ford f150 titan 5.4L engine idle problems?

My truck does not idle at proper rpms all the time. occasionally the idle will pick up idle speed when the engine gets warm. We have already checked filters, fuel pressure, cleaned mass air flow sensor, checked resistance on many sensors, put in fuel injector cleaner, sprayed intake cleaner into air intake, changed battery, changed fuel filter, and attempted to look for vacuum leaks.
 
you don't say what year it is. there is a know-en concern with fuel injectors on the 05's. also its normal for the 5.4 to have a rough idle. my 07 does. it fells like a misfire but its normal. the best way to tell is to find a scan tool that can read what is called Mode 6 data and someone that can understand the data from it. you can take it to the dealer and have it check for about 100.00. I know dealerships are not cheap but look at it this way you have spent more then 100.00 in parts so far not to count the time.
