Ford f150 shocks restriction?

I am planning on putting a leveling kit on my 2001 Ford f150 V8 4.6L truck. I was wondering the maximum i could raise it before the shocks restricted it...Thank You!!

The easiest way to find that out is to measure the distance from the top of the tire to the fender then jack the truck up somewhere that will allow the tire to hang freely off the ground.Measure again with the tire in the air and whatever the difference is how high u can go.
