Ford F150 and Headers?

I'm putting a cold air intake and a dual exhaust system on my F150. I want to put headers on it too, but will it conflict with the computer in the engine at all? I'm new to this, so any advise is greatly appreciated. :)
 
As long as you find a way to put the catalytic converters and the o2 sensors back on, the computer should be fine.

If you are going to use it for "off road" use only, you can take the converters off and replace the o2 sensors with MIL eliminators.
