ford F150 2001 pick up. A 5 amp fuse keeps blowing out.!?

My windows & windshield wiper don't operate. Passenger door window slow to roll up & speaker would cut in & out once in awhile before this incident. I'm thinking there lies my problem!? However, oweners manual indicates that fuse for stop lights. But, those lights work???
 
CHANGE YOUR FUSES OR WIRES.GOOD LUCK...IF NOT THAT CHECK IN YOUR OWNER'S MANUAL.
