I am looking for this part for an antique truck. My neighbor is looking for 'Wood grain body side molding' for his Antique Ford F-100 Year: 1971. If you have or can find any on the web let me know, I haven't found any.

no such thing............the only thing antique is your neighbor.......seriously, you can probably have the thing made custom at a boatyard which specializes in wood repairs.........
