2000 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4 V6
So I was driving down the street and when I got to a stop sign and tried to drive away my truck would not move. When pressing the accelerator the back wheels turn but the front wheels are locked and wont turn. The steering still works fine because I can turn the steering wheel and the wheels turn to the sides but they wont rotate. What can be the problem? I took it to get it aligned today but they didn't do it because they told me it needed a new ball joint and tie rod.
the alignment was never done because I still have to fix some stuff, but I had taken it to get it aligned before this happened
