hi. i have a '99 ford explorer eddie bauer. my brother has a '00 ford explorer eddie bauer. under his front bumper, there is a black plastic piece that goes across the front of the car. i don't know how else to describe it, like a chin spoiler or something. is there any way i can buy that piece for my truck and can anyone find a link to one on the internet. thanks.
