Ford Explorer Electrical problem. Power cuts out when braking hard.?

When I step on the brakes real hard or use the power windows sometimes the power to my entire truck cuts out for a second. It does not usually stall the engine completely out but then sometimes it does. It only happened a few times until I took it mudding yesterday. then it started happening a lot. Oh yeah my ABS light also comes on sometimes when i hit my brakes and then i hear a funny winding almost like a buzzing sound. It is a 93 explorer 4x4 6c 4 liter eddie bauer Ed
