FORD EXCURSION DIESEL HELP! gas in diesel PLEASE help!?

OKAY my brother tuck the truck to go get filled it was on empty..he accedently put 15$ on gas in it and then put 20$ of disel when he relised what happend! it drove home but today when we started it it BARRLY started! what do we do! and how do we drain it ..where is the fuel drain line on this truck! PLEASE! its probbably any ford F250 frame too! its a 2003 model
