ford escort wheel cylinder leaking slightly?

ryt so this is like my 5 post on my car now but here i go again lol my question is if the hydrolic wheel cylinder on the rear of the car is leaking slightly is this alowed it is only a very small amount and it isent dripping on the pads it is still sealed by the dust cover exept when i pulled the rubber back to do my yearly checks it had some fluid under neath it what to do about this will it leak what will happen if i leave it on ther please dont forget this car is from 1994
 
They need to be be replaced or the seals need to be replaced.
They get worse and like others have they will destroy the brake linings.
You can get wheel cylinder cups and hone the cylinder but sometimes for the price of the kit to the price of new cylinders it is cheaper to get new ones.
 
The brake fluid will start to immediately eat up your brake shoes (pads are for disks, shoes for drums). It's also flamable under heat. It's an easy repair, but should be done by a shop, it's gotta be honed out or replaced. C.
