ford escort wagon with new starter wont crank over?

1994 escort wagon , replaced starter, and wont crank no sounds(clicking)has new battiery, also noticed radio and fan blower in car isnt coming on .... help
all cables are tight and good condition, also fan motor in car and radio wont come on either , is there some sort of fusrable link, checked fuse on fire wall the 100 amp and the other ones are good
took a brake spoon and turned the fly wheel when starter was out
 
Check and see if there a signal coming from ign to starter relay?
If not take a close look at ign switch, Under steering column, you might have failure there. But also remember theres a fuse link that controls pwr to this area. good luck wish i could be there w/multi-meter simple to fix. o and 1 more thing to keep in mind try nutural and rule out failure there also.
