working.? since this Summer my wife's escort is burning ignition coils. NAPA warrantied 2, but now convinced problem is on my end. Recently got two used OEM coils, first lasted 50 miles, second lasted two starts. I replaced plugs, wires, computer. I am looking for the ground(by the starter I understand), and want to test voltage to see if regulator is bad. But something is really wrong to burn a coil that fast. Can't imagine a bad ground could take it out that fast. HELP!!!!!!!!!!
