Hello. As it says...we have got the code for it, and inputted it....but haven't got a clue how to save it!!! please anyone help us as it's freezing outside lol. Thanks if you can and thumbsups for your posting!!!!
Once you've entered the code the unit should retain it until the backup power supply is interrupted.
If it isn't retaining the code, i.e. it loses the code when you turn the unit off, then it is incorrectly wired. It should have a constant power supply.
