Ford Escape V6 3L, to tow a trailer of 3200Lbs?

I want to tow a 3200lbs Trailer, I have a Ford Escape V6 (3L)
since it is near the maximum limit of towing (3500lbs).
will I have any problem
 
Make sure you have a reciever hitch that can handle the weight and drive carefully. Do not accelerate hard and ditto on the trannie cooler. I have a 4.2L V6 F-150 and I would even be a little worried to pull that much.
