I recently bought a used car battery due to the positive and negative posts being reversed I hooked the battery up backwards. Well I blew my main 120a fuse. I replaced the fuse so now my car will start. But I have no radio, and none of my electrical(power locks, windows keyless entry) will work without the vehicle running. Any suggestions?
