Ford Escape cd's are jammed and wont eject... read others with the same problem..?

Hello please help if you can.. cd changer has all of my favorite cds jammed and will not eject. I tried everything and cannot get them out. This happend once before and a friend of mine just hit auto eject and they cameo out all of a sudden!? But thats not working now. .. any other suggestions or ideas? Please help if you can.. thanks
