You will need the computer and wiring harness from the F150, the inertia fuel shut off switch, the relays, a high pressure fuel pump, new fuel lines for an injected vehicle with a return line and so forth.
How about just an intake and carburetor on the 302? It might not be as exotic or unique, but it would sure cut this job down to a manageable level.
