Ford E.F.I. Wide Open Trottle problem No codes show on scanner?

Vehicle , mid 90's Aerostar, cranks, runs, idles an accelerates fine until you get to 3/4 pedal or Wide Open Throttle. It bogs severely and has no power at all. Let off the accelerator pedal a little bit and it runs fine again. Press hard and bogs back down.

Tune up (plugs, wires) and brand new fuel filter has not solved issue.


Wide open throttle problem means wide open for advice.
