Ford E-350 van interior panel removal help NOW!!!?

Ok, we're on a Mission trip now, and are in the new Ford E-350 vans. My friend put his MP3 player in the ashtray on the first row of seats, the side without the door. The MP3 player fell down the panel, and we need to get it out. We pulled the ashtray and cup holder out of the van but it had fallen down the panel too far to reach. How can we pull this panel out of the van without destroying it. I need help SOON!!!!
 
jairo is right but first do you have some BBQ tongs or maybe a string to make a lasso or make a hook with a coat hanger
