Yea, that sounds about right. Labor is expensive. Next time you can get them done yourself for around forty five dollars. Bring a friend to help out with the brakes and bleeding them, otherwise it's a real pain.
Pads plus turning the rotors plus labor ... yep that is about right.
I recommend that you actually spend a few more dollars and have the rotors replaced outright using premium aftermarket rotors if that is not part of the price.
Dealers will usually recommend turning the rotors instead of replacement if they are only moderately worn because that puts more money into their pockets than simply replacing them does even with the mark up on the rotors, but turned rotors will warp much more easily than new ones because there is less metal to absorb and distribute the heat from braking. And those rotors do not have much metal to spare in the first place!
