I currently have a car with ford credit (car loan) and it runs out in 1 year, so I take the car back and hopefully get a new one. My credit rating is not so good so I am worried I will be refused a new car. However people have told me, that they don't go through the whole process again as I already have a lease with them they will just renew it. Is this true? I have been with ford credit for 6 years now.
