Hi guys, i have a 96 ford aerostar RWD and 3.0L, the tranny all of a sudden today just locked up, it does not go forward or backward unless you gun the gas pedal all the way, and when you do that it only goes about 2 or 3 miles per hour, it feels like the gear is grinding or something, anyways, ive checked the entire differential and that wasn't the problem, and the engine sounds normal when the car is in park and neutral, Ive checked all fuses, Ive checked my tranny fluid, and its full, and ive looked for stuff in the drive shaft, nothing seems wrong at all, but it has this HUGE problem, also the tranny used to slip but i put in some tranny honey and it fixed. if you need anymore info, like a video or audio clip, please call or text me! 321 437 8365, ill even throw a little money your way for offering help, thanks a lot for reading
