ford aerostar brake fluid system?

I have a Ford Aerostar 1989 model which leaking brake fluid just beside the right side front wheel,I can see the leaking coming out from the small pipeline after I refilled the brake fliud as more I pump the brake padel the more I can see the fluid coming out the pipeline...Can I replace this part myself and what is the parts name that I need?
 
You probably could.....but the brake line will have to be bled of the air in it after the leaking line is replaced. Doesn't sound like you are knowledgeable enough to do that yourself.
