ford 5.4 v8 vs dodge 5.2 v8 (2000-2003)?

Which motor has a faster 0-60.
Which motor has more toque
Which motor has more HP
Which motor has is more reliable
Which motor sounds better
Which motor has a better transmission
Which motor is faster than the other.

can some people please answer these question? im curius because my friend dad has a 02 5.2 v8 1500 sport
my dad has a 2002 f150 2wf 5.4 cold air k&n and dual flowmaster 40 series
 
The Ford has 260 HP to the Dodge's 220-230 HP
The Ford has 350 torques to the Dodge's 300 torques
Reliability is wash
Sound is subjective, they both sound pretty good with straight pipes
The transmissions are comparable
The 5.4L offers more power and torque, it's the superior engine IMO.

If your friends dad has a 2002 Ram, it doesn't have the 5.2L. The 4.7L replaced it for the 2002 model year, The 4.7L was also teamed with the 45RFE transmission, which is notable for having two 2nd gear ratios, one for upshifts and one for downshifts.
