I have a 1987 2.9L 6Cylinder Ford Ranger and for some reason i keep burning rich, it keeps destroying my oxygen sensor on my truck and has alot of carbon output, you can smell the rich smell as you drive down the road, i have cleaned the fuel injectors and replaced the oxygen sensor, ive retimed the engine and made sure everything wasn't lose or any hoses cracked and such, I need more ideas of what it could be please??
I have asked (napa auto parts / Advance auto parts / Autozone) and they all said they don't have testers that are compatible with such a old model. The range of their testers were like 1992-current. /:
