I need some help on this physics problem.
So an athlete swings a 6.00 kg weight in each hand at a 30.0 (degree) arc in 1/3 second. His hands are 0.72 meters from his shoulder. The weight of his arm is negligible.
What force does the runner's hand exert at the bottom of the swing?
Here's what I've done so far:
FDM of weight with weight force pointed directly downward and force of athlete pointing horizontally to the right.
Please help!!! I'm stuck.
