If you don't know who he is, he's essentially a...homicidal maniac who kills everyone for strange reasons [going on a rampage in a taco-hell with a spork because a lady called him "wacky" is one example]. He's an old comic book character, drawn by the genius known as Jhonen Vasquez who also created Invader Zim. I kind of want him to be a uke, to be honest. o_o But in all the Squee/Nny yaoi [Disgusting, I know. But I had to read it] they, of course, have Nny as the seme. What do you think?
