Which tampons is better to use. I've never used tampons because my mom always wore pads. And 2 they just seem really eerie of something just going up there. But since I'm joining the navy I want to know which tampons would be better for my enviroment. How do I insert them? and how often should I change them? Your help will be greatly appreciated thanks.
