For what value of k will (8x + k)/(x^2) have a relative maximum at x = 4?

(A) -32
(B) -16
(C) 0
(D) 16
(E) 32

I know you take the derivative, but I don't know when to incorporate the x = 4. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
