For those with Corbin Classic Solo (09 & up)

I have a question. I have one on my 09 SG. The stock bolts that come up through the rear fender that the Corbin bracket bolts to are tearing up the leather under the rear of the seat near the rivets. You can't see it with the seat on the bike, but I'm a little concerned that the leather could start to rip. Is this happening on yours as well? I'm wondering if it is a design problem or something just with mine before I call Corbin. Thanks.

I have a classic solo close on my 2009 RG. Have put around 3,000 miles on it. No contact problems under the seat. Not sure if it being a close version makes any difference.

09 RKC... Running a Corbin Solo and I don't have any "contact marks" on mine... Maybe you should take a few pics and send to them...

I've had my Corbin Classic solo off a few times but haven't looked for any potential problems, but I will look if there are an issues.

Recently, I purchased a Corbin solo. Under the seat will be a scribe indicating model of bike the seat is made for...make sure the etching is for Street Glide and not Road King. Or possible a rubber cushion was lost...hope this helps, good luck.
