For those who own bars and restaurants? Or other similar businesses?

I would really appreciate every ones advice on this. I know that I really want to own my own businesses in the future, I'm pretty sure that I want to open either bars or restaurants. I'm 18 and my major is biology but I HATE it so I'm switching over to business next semester because I really want to be my own boss. I know you don't need a degree to own a business but what would be the best one for me to get? Also what would be some good steps to take for me to one day open a bar (alcohol/hookah) or restaurant? I know this is what I want to do but I'm so confused on where to begin. Any pointers would be great like where do I start, how do I start, do I need money before I can open these or take loans? Also suggestions of opening any other type of business would be great, I just want to make at least 100K annually. Thank you
