For those who have the Motorola Cliq!~~?

Ok, so my question is that when you first got your Motorola Cliq, powered it on and everything, did you guys come across a screen that says, "The phone radio is unable to connect to the network. Make sure the radio is on or if it is on, move into better coverage area and try again." I know the coverage is fine, but what/where is the phone radio? It won't let me get past the screen without creating a MotoBlur Account. I press comfirm a lot, but it still says the same thing. How do I fix this? Thanks~~~~~
