For those who are in Law in enforcement how do I go about finding my missing adult...

...brother ? What would you do if a family memeber is missing ? My brother who is 48 year's old has been missing for three years. He does not or did not have a drug problem or was he upset with anyone in the family. My mother told me she was looking for him so I somewhat let her do it. Still almost 4 year later we have not heard from him. I have just retired and have the time to take over the search ?
Thank you. We have done that here and in the state and town where we last knew he lived and a few others....
We have called jails and prisons and the hosptials.Any other ideas ?
