Alrighty then...I have a few things I would like to get familiar with during my new unit of evolution & my teacher gave us an outline for things to be covered.
Firstly, I would like to know a few people's contributions to this theory such as: Charles Darwin, Georges Cuvier, Charles Lyell, Thomas Malthus, and Jean Lamarck....and I think that's about it.
The other thing is the theories:
- catastrophism
-actualism
-uniformitarianism
-gradualism
-artificial selection
There's more than this, but I don't want to read my thick text book.
If you could just touch upon these things, even in like 1 sentence (the more the better), that would be great, and since this is the biology section, I would figure that some people would love to talk about this stuff..........
Thx in advanced!!
