For the iPad/iPhone/iTouch game Dream Center, how do you add friends using Game Center IDs?

I've already logged in to Facebook, and pressed every icon I can, but I just can't seem to add friends. Thanks! I'm using an iPad2.
Sorry, it's Dream Park, not Dream Center.
