For the experienced hikers:
I am organizing a hiking trip for a high school club in our city. We have rolling hills and beautiful landscapes, and it will be held in the morning. There will be two adults, and the rest high school students.
1. I am not sure how many hikers we should take...is 20 ok?
2. What do I need to bring besides water and snacks?
3. What kinds of clothing preferred...I haven't seen the area yet. I believe long pants work because there might be poison ivy.
4. What to be prepared for?
5. What to do in case of dangers...There are mountain lions and deers in the hills.
Thank you for your time! Please let me know if you understand hiking!
