For the 2011 manga reprint of Sailor moon, are they going to change the covers?

Kodansha USA Publishing announced on March 18, 2011 that it's Kodansha Comics imprint will reprint the Sailor Moon manga and its two-volume prequel Codename: Sailor V starting this September. The former has been condensed into 12 bi-monthly "deluxe-edition" volumes (from its original 18), and two more volumes of short stories have been added.
The new edition — with "new cover art, retouched interior art and dialogue along with extensive bonus material from Takeuchi" is based on the 2003 Japanese re-release of the manga, and is expected to retain the Japanese names of the characters and to retain the relationship between Haruka and Michiru.

Yeah they are going to use the reprint that Japan got so the covers may have changes to it like the font and other things it depends and they are also going to print Sailor V for the first time too, The characters name will stay the same unlike the tokyopop versions which changed Usagi's name to Serena, the new editions will also have color pages as the 2004 reprint did, Kodansha Comics USA will do a good job with it, and it will stay true to the original which is fantastic to know, I have always been a huge Sailor Moon fan and this news has excited me for a while I can't wait until it's re-released.
