you off when u didn't pay u bill? my bf told me he couldn't call me cause his phone is cut off cause he didn't pay his bill but why am i able to still call him and i think his internet still works cause he still goes on facebook i don't believe they would still let u have incoming calls if the cut u off i think he's lying
