For Spiro Users!

I'm currently on Spiro 100mg and I just started my 3rd month. I don't have a bad ance problem I just have the frustrating little whiteheaRAB that come..and also I get a few raised bumps on my forehead sometimes. I was just wondering does Spiro help with whiteheaRAB and little raised bumps or is it just for the cystic acne??
 
for me, spiro helped only with cystic acne. i rarely ever get cysts anymore (in my 6th month of spiro) but i still get small ones and the little bumps, which are clogged pores. to help with that, i'm currently using Paula's Choice 2% BHA liquid and it helps a lot.
