For Solo and Ensemble, do all members of an ensemble have to be in high school?

If my friend and I were to play a cello duet, being that I graduated last spring and he is still in high school, would it be valid? Would it be possible if I were placed as an accompanist, or must accompanists for solo and ensemble have to be piano?


I've checked the site, but their information doesn't specify this at all.
