My son is turning 14 next month. He doesn't have a cell-phone, but he's been begging for one since he turned 12. Before you start the whole " he's only 14" thing, he walks places with his friends and usually uses one of their cellphones to contact me - which he complains is so embarrassing, so no need to attempt to change my mind, because it's final - he goes out alot, and he needs a cellphone.
Anyway - what phone would you recommend? I asked him if he had a phone what kind he'd like, and he said one that has a keyboard that either flips or slides open and a touch screen (maybe). Any recommendations? Thanks!
Elizabeth - thanks, I wasn't planning on getting him the droid. There's a bunch of additional fees with internet charges. I think a blackberry would be suitable.. he's a good kid, he deserves it anyway
