bike on the road? (I'm 47)? I know that kids MUST wear a bike helmet, but I'm 47 and I only travel about 15 mph on the road, most of the time much less than that, not much more than jogging speed, so will I get a ticket if a cop sees me without a helmet on?
Wait a minute, if I'm getting you right then maybe you are telling me that I should start to wear a helmet on my head when I'm running RIGHT? After all, if you tell me that it is too dangerous for me to ride my bike at 10 mph because I might crack my head open, yet I often RUN at 20 to 30 mph (while sprinting), then maybe the law should make it mandatory for runners to wear helmets right? After all, they might fall and crack their head open, doesn't that make sense?
Really, seriously, my bike is a folding bike, it has small 16" tires, that is why it is so slow, there is no way I can go fast on that thing. Have a nice day and take care !
