what are the rules in allowing people to bring outside drinks (alcohol and stuff) to ur business. i have just opened a hookah bar, i can't put alcohol on the menu because: i don't want to profit from alcohol, i don't want to add anymore non tobacco products on my menu so i don't violate the exemption on ohio smoking ban. can i allow customers to bring their drinks to my hookah place?
