...ups, abdominals work, run, weights? For gaining muscle mass is it good to exercise many muscles a day every single day with out resting?
i think i heard you must rest one to 3 days after workout, and also that you should just focus on different muscles each day. is this correct??

How should i exercise, i have a 12 pound weight and a 8 pound weight, i usually do 50, while i raise the one of 20 pound i lower the 8 pound, then when im on 50 i change the weights to the other hand and i do 50 again. Then i do about 17 push ups( the last one i berelly do), then do 50 abdominal workout rest and do 50 again. Then for the last time i do 50 and 50 weights, 17 push ups, and 50 abdominal workout. I do this almost 7 days a week.. oh and about 3 days a week in addition to the exercises i mentioned i run 3 to 5 miles.

Is this OK, any advice????
