Does any one have knowledge on this ive heard if you get razor burn you are better off useing a single blade razor compared to double or triple blade. I used to use a ellectric and i got bad razor burn now its not as bad but i still get it any help whould be great thanks
 
I use a 3 blade mach 3 blade, its really good, i would use it for the help with razor burns, also change the razor every two weeks or so.Also theres a product called Tend Skin which helps razor burn and i heard that its very good.
 
Yeah I also get Razor burn and tried alot of different Razors. From electric to the ones that vibrate, the best one is the Mach 3. Also I suggest if you havnt already, to use the Gillete shaving creme.

Yea i use the mach 3 turbo, i was just curious if the razor burn whould be even less if i switched to single blade, but im probley better off with a good razor the a cheap single blade

Over all the mach 3 turbo is nice. I like it
 
Oh yea i use AVVENO shaving cream i love it it doesnt brake me out, but then again i dont brake out on my face but dammit i get pimples on my forehead
 
Gillette actually has a new line of shaving creams out. One of them is entitled "Clear Skin". It has tea tree oil in it for cleaning the skin while it's on your face. I've been using it for months now and have had very little to no razor burn or slight post shave acne or irritation. Also, I hear that it is a good idea to really heat the face with warm water and a cloth before shaving to open the pores up. Try doing this for a few minutes before shaving and remeraber to rinse with tepid water (cool water) to close pores.
 
I know this is an old post, but I'm trying to read up on accutane and sturabled upon this. My son used to get really bad razor rash. The dermatologist suggested a product called Tend Skin. Don't think you can buy it from a store. The office had a skincare store on-site where we get it. It is awesome!
