Not going to give details because that just causes people to not answer my question and tell me stuff i dont care about. All i want to know is in the state of MA are drugs weighed in the bag/s they are confiscated in. So in the case of marijuana if the drug itself weighs less than an oz but because of it being in a bag it was barely over an oz, and under an oz is decriminalized in MA. So basically did the officers make a mistake by weighing it in the bag or is that how it is done.
