For how long should I cook a 3kg honey and orange glazed bacon loin?

I was thinking 2 and a half hours at 200 degrees (in the oven of course)? But I might be way off!...lol
It's a big thing, never cooked one of them before......
I mean 200 dgrees celcius of course....we dont use farenheit here, lol
Ah, I phoned the place where I got it, they said about 2 hours at 180celcius! : )
