For gynecologists preferably - I have a history of twins in my family, will I have them?

I really want to have one pregnancy and 2 children. My mother had twins (my sister and I are identical), and my mother's mother had twins (fraternal boys). I've been looking up tactics to increase fertility such as drinking milk, eating yams, taking folic acid daily... Will the food intake help me any or is this just a myth? How likely is it that I will have twins knowing my family history? I have my grandmother's build, which is petite and relatively thin. I heard gaining weight also increases fertility, but it didn't seem to matter in her case.

Advice, gynecological facts, or proof from personal experiences? Thanks!
