apple iPad and WHY?
nook: e-ink (no backlight, so it's better on the eyes), book reading ONLY
iPad: backlight, get on internet, do everything the iPod Touch can do
oh yeah, and nook has a replaceable battery whereas once the battery can't be recharged anymore for the iPad, you're out the $500+ that you bought it for because you have to buy a new one.
