for about how much can i get a 1990 dodge dakota engine?

i bought a used one for around 500 bucks that had about 110 thousand on it about year ago,the thing that will get you with that one is the age of it ,you might not be able to find a good used one to fit it with low miles on it,but the site im sending you has rebuilt ones for it,they are expensive though,around 1800.00 bucks to be exact,good luck, http://jasperengines.com

i have the dodge dakota ex. cab and i think i have a v6 3.9l engine, also i have a rebuild transmission, my engine runs fine but i just want to know how much it will cost because i might keep the truck and paint it and do body work for it for 1000
also because the engine is pretty much the most expensive part thats not cosmetic i would believe
